Janica is very thorough in both testing and assisting in choosing the best hearing aids for you. She is not about selling the most expensive ones. She helped me pick the ones that would work best for me. I’ve been told every visit if I need them just call. Each visit is a friendly, helpful one. I definitely recommend giving them an opportunity to assist you.

I have recently purchased two earpieces made by Starkey from Great Waterway Hearing. They are in ear rechargeable units that are very easy to use. They have greatly improved my quality of life. Service and answers to questions have been excellent. I would highly recommend Great Waterway Hearing.

I highly recommend this Clinic . I went to these folks following a failed attempt at another clinic , Debbie and Janica were very compassionate and spent time explaining everything . I felt very comfortable with their expertise. Janica is very passionate about her career and obviously found her niche. They provided demos for me to use which was a great option to me for my hearing loss. They really have changed my life . This clinic is top notch, 100% .
