Debbie graduated from Trent University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and has 30 years combined experience in the fields of audiology, cardiology and neurology. Debbie graduated from MacEwan University's Hearing Instrument Specialist Program with distinction in 2009. Thomas and Debbie founded Great Waterway Hearing in 2016.

Thomas graduated with distinction in 2010 from the Conestoga College Hearing Instrument Specialist program. Thomas completed his clinical internship in Kingston, Ontario before returning home to Brockville, Ontario to begin his career. He has 14 years of experience in the industry.

Janica discovered her passion for hearing healthcare in 2014 when she began working at a growing clinic in Alberta. After returning home to the Leeds and Grenville area, she joined the Great Waterway Hearing team and pursued her Hearing Instrument Specialist certification. She graduated with distinction from Grant MacEwan University’s Hearing Aid Practitioner Program in 2021 and completed her mentorship at Great Waterway Hearing with the support of Tommy and Debbie. Janica is a fully certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, registered with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario to authorize and dispense hearing aids. She proudly serves clients in our Brockville and Smiths Falls locations.
